Sherul insulations pvt Itd (SIPL) was established in 1983 with the purpose of serving winding wire industry. SIPL is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. A clear focus on manufacturing magnet winding wire & cables has been set up. We are leading manufacturing in copper & aluminium insulated winding wire & cables. We have able to achieve higher standards and customer satisfaction through our innovating ideas and consistency in our quality. We have advanced technique catalytic enamelling plant of European technology for enamelling section; wiredrawing technology has been adopted from Germany. Water softener and de-mineralized plant has been set up to get desired quality of water. A well equipped laboratory has been set up for proper testing. With combination of experienced, skilled, professional staff and advanced technology we are able to achieve our goals.
OUR PRODUCTS
CONDUCTOR & INSULATION: Monex winding wire is manufactured from 99.99% pure electrolytic grade of copper. We use continuous casting copper rod manufactured by Sterlite & Birla copper. It’s drawn and annealed in our fully automatic online plant. Proper working environment and systematic method helps in producing defect free surface and maintain excellent mechanical properties. The best available wire enamels are used to impart di-electric strength in wire.
